Assignment / Transfer of Learner Rights Policy:

Learners may not transfer their course access to other people. This will invalidate your participation and will forfeit your chances of receiving a certificate of training. Should you wish to transfer a course to another eligible person, you will need to contact the Registrar (registrar@ghginstitute.org) and apply for the transfer.

As a general rule, transfers are allowed only when a learner has not started the course or is incapacitated to continue. The Institute will issue a certificate only to the learner who began and completed the course. Same policy will apply to the associated proficiency exam. Access to the paid proficiency exam will be given to the learner who finishes the corresponding course.

A fee of $200 will be collected for a transfer to be processed. Refunds will not be issued. Before paying for the fee, be sure that your request for transfer is approved by Registrar.
